Samastipur SSP Ashok Mishra said that on receiving the information of the incident, the DSP of Patori as well as the Halai police station in-charge are camping at the spot. The person who fired the shot has been identified. Raids are being conducted to arrest him and he will be arrested soon. The entire case is being investigated.
